STEPHEN MCNALLY OF BILLINGHAM SENTENCED TO OVER SIX YEARS FOR SEX OFFENCES AGAINST BOY
In May 2021, Stephen McNally, a 34-year-old man from Wansford Close, Billingham, was sentenced to more than six years in prison for a series of serious sexual offences involving a minor.McNally was convicted of five counts of sexually assaulting a boy, as well as three counts of taking indecent photographs of a child.
Additionally, he faced a charge of distributing an indecent photograph.
He pleaded guilty to all nine charges brought against him.
The crimes were committed against a young boy, and McNally’s actions were brought to justice at Teesside Crown Court in Middlesbrough on April 30.
The judge sentenced him to a total of 76 months in prison for his offences.
