GALASHIELS MAN ADMITS DOMESTIC OFFENCES AT BORDERS GENERAL HOSPITAL
BACKGROUNDS reports have been ordered into a Galashiels man who admitted a domestic offence over an 18-month period.Thirty-nine-year-old Stephen Fellowes, of Woodside Place, pleaded guilty to engaging in a course of conduct which was abusive to his partner or ex-partner between June 2023 and January this year.
The abuse happened at his home in Woodside Place, a house in Kingfisher Grove in Galashiels and at Borders General Hospital.
He would utter repeatedly threats of violence towards the woman, post offensive videos on social media and turn up at her home uninvited and call her at work.
Sentence was deferred at Selkirk Sheriff Court until October 27 for the production of a criminal justice social work report, restriction of liberty order assessment and a Caledonian Men's Programme assessment.
