LLANBEDROG MAN TWICE BREACHED DOMESTIC ABUSE PROTECTION ORDER
A man from Llanbedrog who violated a domestic abuse protection order on two occasions has received a suspended prison sentence from magistrates.
Stephen Doyle, residing at Flat C, Hafryn, Pig Street, appeared at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on 14 July.
The 47-year-old admitted to two counts of breaching the protection order issued by Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on 30 April.
The court was told that Doyle broke the order in Pwllheli on 26 June and again in Aberdaron on 13 July, with the latter breach happening while he was on bail for the initial violation.
Magistrates, noting Doyle’s “total disregard for court orders,” sentenced him to 26 weeks in prison, suspended for one year.
Additionally, Doyle was ordered to pay £100 in costs.
