MIDDLESBROUGH MAN IN COURT CHARGED WITH CHILD SEX OFFENCES
A man charged with a string of child sex offences has appeared in court.Shah Fahad, 40, was arrested at an address in Middlesbrough on Saturday morning, March 14.
Fahad, of Marton Road and originally from Pakistan, has been charged with four offences.
The first alleges that he arranged or facilitated the commission of sexual activity with a child, or caused or incited a child to engage in sexual activity involving penetration.
The second charge alleges he arranged or facilitated a child sex offence involving sexual activity without penetration.
The third charge alleges that he attempted to engage in sexual communication with a child.
He is also charged with attempting to incite a teenage girl to engage in sexual activity.
Fahad appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court on Monday, March 16, where he was remanded into custody.
He did not enter any plea.
He is due to appear next at Teesside Crown Court on April 15 at 10.30am.
