SCOTT SMITH FROM MONTROSE SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES INVOLVING 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL IN ANGUS
Scott Smith, a rugby coach based in Montrose, has been officially placed on the sex offenders register after he admitted to engaging in inappropriate and illegal communication with a minor.The charges stem from incidents that occurred in early 2014, when Smith, then 21 years old, was found to have sent sexually explicit messages and requested images from a 13-year-old girl.
