AIRDRIE PAEDOPHILE SCOTT CROSSAN AVOIDS JAIL DESPITE HORRENDOUS CRIMES
Airdrie predator Scott Crossan has been convicted after being caught red-handed by Scotland Child Protection Team, one of the country’s leading online child safety groups.Crossan was snared during a planned operation after engaging in sickening conversations with what he believed to be a child.
Instead, he was speaking to trained decoys working to expose online predators targeting youngsters across Scotland.
At court, Crossan was handed a 3-year supervision order and ordered to complete 270 hours of unpaid community work.
He has also been placed on the Sex Offenders Register for 3 years and must attend addiction services as part of his rehabilitation.
The judge further ruled that Crossan must not have any contact with anyone under the age of 18, marking him as a danger to children.
Locals in Airdrie have reacted with fury following the lenient sentence, with many praising the Scotland Child Protection Team for ensuring another predator was brought to justice.
