ASYLUM SEEKER SENTENCED IN FALKIRK FOR HEINOUS SEXUAL ASSAULT ON TEENAGER
A man identified as Sadeq Nikzad, aged 29, has been handed a lengthy prison sentence following a disturbing sexual assault that took place in Falkirk town centre.
The incident involved a 15-year-old girl whom Nikzad followed and targeted in October 2023, leading to a conviction that has shocked the local community and garnered significant media attention.
According to court reports, Nikzad's predatory behaviour began with persistent attempts to obtain the girl’s phone number, accompanied by inappropriate sexual remarks.
His actions escalated when he lured her into a nearby courtyard, where he committed the assault.
