RYAN MOUNTFORD FROM HEREFORDSHIRE SENTENCED TO 12 YEARS FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES IN MALVERN, LEDBURY, AND ROSS-ON-WYE
Ryan Mountford, a man from Herefordshire, has been handed a significant prison sentence following a series of disturbing sexual offences committed over a span of ten years.The 30-year-old, whose residence is listed as Rundlemead, Mathon, near Malvern, appeared before Worcester Crown Court on Tuesday, January 23, to face justice for his actions.
Mountford was convicted of multiple serious crimes, including five separate sexual assaults.
These assaults involved both adult and child victims, with charges specifying sexual assault of a child, sexual assault on a male, and the arrangement or facilitation of a child sex offence.
The court also found him guilty of voyeurism, which involved secretly observing others for sexual gratification, as well as encouraging or assisting in the commission of sexual offences.
Further charges included four counts of making indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children, along with three counts of distributing such indecent images.
These offences spanned across several locations in Herefordshire, specifically in Malvern, Ledbury, and Ross-On-Wye, and occurred between January 1, 2013, and January 27, 2023.
The court sentenced Mountford to a total of 12 years in prison.
It was also stipulated that he must serve a minimum of two-thirds of his sentence behind bars before being considered for parole.
After serving this period, his case will be reviewed by the parole board to determine if he is eligible for release, reflecting the severity and nature of his crimes.
