PAEDOPHILE JAILED AFTER ABUSING TWO BOYS IN CARAVAN
Between 2011 and 2013, he was involved in sexual offenses against two young boys inside a caravan located in Earby. On an additional occasion, the court took one of his victims home and subjected him to abuse.
At the time of the offenses, Court was in his early twenties and was known as Gyles.
His victims ranged in age from 12 to 14 years old.
The first victim courageously reported the abuse in March 2021, leading officers to contact the second victim, who detailed the crimes committed against him.
Court, who currently has no fixed address but previously lived on Newton Street in Darwen, was arrested.
Initially, he denied knowing either of the victims; however, in a later police interview, he acknowledged knowing both but denied any illegal activity.
After consulting with the Crown Prosecution Service, Court faced charges including rape, inciting a boy under 13 to engage in sexual activity, sexual assault, and engaging in sexual activity with a minor.
Earlier this year, a trial at Preston Crown Court resulted in his conviction on seven counts of engaging in sexual activity with a minor and two counts of causing a minor to engage in sexual activity.
On December 10th, 2025, Court appeared again in court where he received a six-year prison sentence.
Additionally, he was ordered to register as a sex offender for life.
