DARWEN MAN'S PORNOGRAPHIC IMAGES TRIAL RE-LISTED
The trial of a Darwen man accused of possessing extreme pornographic images and prohibited images of a child did not conclude and has been re-listed for later this year.Daniel Green-Harwood, 36, had been due to stand trial at Burnley Crown Court this week on two charges of possessing extreme images and a single count of possessing images of children.
Green-Harwood, of Victoria Buildings, denied the offences at a hearing last year.
He was bailed ahead of a new trial date on November 2, which is expected to last two days.
He will return to court on September 7 for a pre-trial review.
