MILNSBRIDGE MAN JAILED FOR VICIOUS RAPE ATTACK
A man named Reece Whitehead from Milnsbridge has been sentenced to 13 years in prison after committing a brutal and sustained sexual assault on a woman in her own home.According to court reports, Whitehead harbored a grudge against the victim over a social media dispute involving his partner and decided to take revenge.
He watched her residence for some time before breaking in during the early hours of March 19 and attacking her.
The assault involved multiple rapes and physical violence, including smashing her head against the stairwell and verbally abusing her, telling her she deserved to be raped and threatening her life.
The judge described the attack as planned and vicious, with Whitehead humiliating his victim and showing no remorse.
The victim was left battered and with lasting physical and psychological scars.
Whitehead was found guilty by a jury on five charges of rape and admitted to two counts of assault causing actual bodily harm.
He was ordered to register as a sex offender for life.
