PAISLEY MAN THREATENED TO KILL HIS PARTNER
A Paisley man who threatened to kill his partner has been ordered to carry out community service.Radoslaw Pazik admitted he caused “fear or alarm” on November 8, last year when he repeatedly shouted and swore at his partner.
Pazik, of Darkwood Crescent in the town, acted in an aggressive manner and repeatedly made threats to kill the woman.
The 46-year-old was arrested and appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court from custody on November 10 and was granted bail with conditions not to approach or contact the woman.
Pazik admitted he breached this bail order on the same day it was made when cops found him in the company of the woman at his home address.
As a “direct alternative to custody,” Sheriff Simon Pender today placed Pazik under supervision of the social work department for 12 months with a conduct requirement he undertakes alcohol counselling.
In addition, Pazik was ordered to carry out 160 hours of unpaid work in the community with one year.
A non-harassment order was deemed not suitable.
