PHILIP RIGBY SENTENCED FOR CHILD SEX ABUSE IN CONGLETON
In a serious case that has shocked the community of Congleton, Philip Rigby, a man with a troubling history of sexual offenses, was brought before Chester Crown Court to face the consequences of his actions.Rigby, who was previously known by the name Philip Benson, appeared in court on Monday, 24 March, where he was handed a lengthy prison sentence of 13 years and 3 months.
