Accused of acts with a dog A man accused of committing indecent acts with a dog is due back in court next week.
Kevin Hulme, (65), of Middle Lane, Timbersbrook, faces two charges that on 13th October 2024, in Congleton, he caused unnecessary suffering to a dog.
He appeared before Cheshire Magistrates' Court, sitting in Crewe on 31st March, and admitted both charges.
He was remanded on conditional bail until 29th April for sentence.
The court asked for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
His bail conditions are not to enter a street in Congleton and not to contact a witness.
