PAUL GOUDIE FROM WATFORD ESCAPES PRISON AFTER SEXUAL ASSAULT ON TEENAGE GIRL
In a case that has drawn significant attention in Watford, a 43-year-old man named Paul Goudie has been spared from imprisonment after admitting to a serious sexual assault involving a young girl.The incident took place in October of 2009, outside a social club located within the town, and has since become a matter of public concern.
According to reports, the victim, a 13-year-old girl, was standing outside with her mother when the assault occurred.
Goudie approached her from behind and, in a disturbing act, ran his hand up her thighs.
The girl later provided a statement to the police, describing how Goudie had touched her inappropriately.

He also admitted to touching the girl’s bottom, further substantiating the allegations against him.

On Friday, at Harrow Crown Court, he was handed a conditional discharge that will last for three years.
