TWENTY YEARS SINCE HIS OFFENDING BEGAN A CHILD SEX OFFENDER HAS BEEN LEFT FACING THE CONSEQUENCES OF HIS CRIMES
Nathan Glover received a 15-year prison sentence after appearing at Leicester Crown Court on Wednesday, 11 March.The police became aware of his offending in 2021 when one victim reported their abuse.
As the investigation continued, two additional victims came forward, revealing they had also been sexually abused by Glover during their childhood.
These victims informed officers from the Child Abuse Investigation Unit’s (CAIU) non-recent offences team that Glover's misconduct took place between 2006 and 2011 in Leicester and Skegness.
During police interviews, the 46-year-old Glover denied any wrongdoing, but he was charged with multiple offences.
He maintained his innocence throughout the process.
On 27 November 2025, after a trial held at Leicester Crown Court, Glover was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault involving a child under 13 and two counts of inciting or causing a child under 13 to take part in sexual activity.
Glover, who resides on Ardbeg Road in Rothesay on the Isle of Bute, was also subject to a restraining order and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
