A man named Moussa Ibrahim, aged 33 and residing on Glebe Road in Middlesbrough, is scheduled to appear before Teesside Magistrates' Court following an incident at Ayresome Park on June 21 this year.
Ibrahim faced charges of outraging public decency in a public place after he exposed his penis and urinated in front of children.
