PERTHSHIRE CREEPER SHARED NON-CONSENSUAL IMAGES AND THREATENED WAR
An “extreme sex” creep from Perthshire who took intimate photos and videos of a woman without her consent and posted one “to his friends” on Whatsapp told his victim: “We’re at war.” Sleazy Michal Kulczycki caused the woman “emotional distress” by sending her explicit images of herself after a night of BDSM, Perth Sheriff Court heard.A lawyer for the 43-year-old, from Dunning, claimed his actions were because he “was upset in relation to… pregnancy which was terminated”.
He pled guilty to an abusive campaign against his victim that continued for nearly two years, admitting recording intimate images without consent and bombarding her with calls and messages.
Kulczycki shared the photos with her, again without her permission.
He subjected her to derogatory and abusive remarks, as well as unwanted sexual comments.
The charge states he threatened to disclose the images, before posting them to a public social media platform.
Kulczycki will be sentenced later this month, after another court hearing to decide whether there was a significant sexual element to the offence.
The court heard how Kulczycki and his victim met and had consensual sex, but he later shared intimate images which she believed had been taken that night.
"She advises that she had not consented to any explicit videos or images of her being taken," the prosecutor said.
The images caused her “emotional distress.” She received messages from Kulczycki, including one stating she “murdered” her baby and that he did not want her friendship or “humanity”.
He posted an explicit image of her on his Whatsapp story, which she recognized as hers.
Police overheard a phone call where he said: “Just to confirm, we’re going to war, yeah?” and justified sharing the images by claiming “You agreed in the past, there’s no changing.” Later, she received a voicemail saying he had changed his mind and made the image available to his friends.
She also received emails with her name followed by “porn star” and “war”.
Kulczycki claimed he had eight hours of videos, including more of her shouting and choking during a sex act, and referenced her parents and neighbours, saying “let’s have a game”.
He insisted the incident was with her consent during BDSM activities, but only two iPhones contained the images.
His solicitor described the relationship as “purely based on extreme sex” and stated he was upset about the terminated pregnancy, claiming his actions were born from frustration.
The court deferred sentencing until a later hearing to determine if Kulczycki is a sex offender, considering whether there was a significant sexual element involved.
