WOMAN ON BAIL ADMITS TO ATTACKING NURSES AT CROSSHOUSE HOSPITAL
A 51-year-old woman named Marion Giannetti assaulted, obstructed or hindered two nurses at the A&E department of Crosshouse Hospital on September 7 of the previous year.
During the incident, she repeatedly attempted to punch and kick both women.
At the time of the offences, Giannetti was on bail.
She was also involved in other aggressive behaviors, including shouting, swearing, and struggling with police officers at her home in Wheatley Drive, Saltcoats, on September 3, and being aggressive towards her ex-partner at an address in Saltcoats, where she shouted, swore, struggled with him, and refused to leave when asked.
Giannetti pled guilty to two assault charges and two charges of threatening and abusive behavior at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.
Sentence was deferred until April 3.
