MIDDLESBROUGH MAN TO APPEAR IN COURT ACCUSED OF HAVING ANIMAL PORN
A Middlesbrough man is set to appear in court accused of child sex offences as well as having animal porn.Court documents allege that Singh was found in possession of two extreme pornographic images said to involve animals.
The charges on the court documents allege the images are "explicit and realistic", and that they would be considered "grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character".
The alleged offences are said to have taken place between July 2022 and November 2023 in Middlesbrough.
Singh also faces a number of further charges, including possessing prohibited images of children, attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, and attempting to cause a child under 13 to watch sexual activity.
Singh is due before magistrates for his first hearing at 9.30am on Monday.
