MAN APPEARS IN COURT OVER CHILD INDECENCY AND COURT ORDER BREACHES
Louis Killip, 28, faced magistrates at Barrow-in-Furness on 12 March 2025.He was brought before the court for a case management hearing linked to serious charges.
Killip is accused of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and an interim SHPO, which restrict his behaviour surrounding convicted offences.
He also faces allegations of failing to comply with the notification requirements of the Sex Offenders Register under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Additionally, Killip is charged with making or possessing an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child.
