A SEX OFFENDER FROM HEREFORD HAS BEEN JAILED FOR A STRING OF ACTS OF SEX ABUSE AGAINST CHILDREN AND ANIMALS
Knill Watkins admitted to committing multiple serious crimes, including three charges of possessing indecent images of a child, two counts of engaging in sexual penetration with a live animal, and two charges of assaulting a girl under the age of 13 through touching.
In addition, he was found to have observed someone performing a private act, and he was in possession of images that are legally prohibited, including extreme pornography involving animals.
His illegal activities spanned nearly a decade, from 2012 until 2021.
Detective Constable Rich Britton described Watkins as a dangerous individual responsible for heinous offenses.
He expressed satisfaction that Watkins will now face the appropriate legal penalties, including being designated as a sex offender for life and serving time in prison.
During a hearing at Hereford Crown Court on October 27, the 34-year-old from Withington was sentenced to 11 years in prison.
Additionally, he is required to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life.
