KIERAN O’CONNOR FROM CWMBRAN SENTENCED AFTER BREACHING SEXUAL HARM PREVENTION ORDER IN CARDIFF
Kieran O’Connor, a resident of Dorleigh Court in Cwmbran, found himself back in legal trouble after violating a Sexual Harm Prevention Order that had been previously issued against him by Newport Crown Court on September 9, 2020.
The breach occurred when O’Connor engaged in inappropriate online communications with two teenage girls via Facebook, raising serious concerns about his compliance with court-imposed restrictions.
According to court proceedings held at Cardiff Crown Court, the 21-year-old was residing in a hotel at the time, which was part of the conditions of his prevention order.
Despite these restrictions, the hotel was equipped with a smart TV that allowed O’Connor to access Facebook and continue communicating with minors.
