PONTYPOOL MAN WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH ASSAULT FOUND
A 26-year-old man who was wanted by authorities has been detained.Joshua Haycock was sought by police following reports of an assault that occurred on Thursday, September 19.
Gwent Police stated that the incident was reported to have taken place in Pontypool at the end of August.
Law enforcement officers had been searching for Haycock, believing he could provide information relevant to the investigation.
The public was advised not to approach him if spotted, but to contact emergency services by dialing 999.
On Monday afternoon, September 23, Gwent Police publicly announced on their social media channels that Haycock had been found.
They expressed their gratitude to the community for assisting in their appeal.
