LLANDUDNO JUNCTION MAN JAILED FOR INTIMATE IMAGES SHARING AND HARASSMENT
In Llandudno Junction, Jordan Cross of Glyn Y Marl Road was sentenced to 21 months’ imprisonment after being found guilty of harassing and assaulting his former partner.
The court detailed several serious offenses, such as him pinning her to the bed and throttling her during an argument, which had a negative impact on her mental health.
Cross also committed the criminal act of sharing intimate images and videos of his ex-partner online without her approval, including distributing them to her friends and former partners.
He also issued threats to post their private videos on Pornhub and to send links to her acquaintances, which caused the victim considerable anxiety and paranoia.
Despite warnings from police and his subsequent arrest, he continued to harass her through different social media accounts.
Cross’s criminal record includes prior convictions, notably when he swung a stool at his daughter during her christening and hit his partner in the head, resulting in a suspended sentence.
The court stated that his conduct was aimed at destroying her confidence and well-being and sentenced him to 21 months in prison.
