TEENAGER JOE TULLIUS JAILED FOR CONTROLLING AND COERCIVE BEHAVIOUR IN MIDDLESBROUGH
Joe Tullius, an 18-year-old from Boynton Road in Middlesbrough, has received a prison sentence of 28 months after he inflicted severe physical and emotional abuse on a woman during their relationship.
