The investigation was triggered when police executed a search warrant at the residence of Harvey Kirkland, a 53-year-old man known to reside in the Luton area, with connections to Roxton.

During the raid, law enforcement officers discovered an alarming number of illicit materials stored on Kirkland’s electronic devices.

The digital evidence revealed that he possessed more than 19,000 images and videos that depicted the abuse of infants and young children.

Following the discovery, Kirkland was taken into custody and subsequently admitted to possessing and downloading the disturbing content.
