A 55-year-old Herefordshire man who took naked photos of a woman's bottom while she was asleep has been jailed after pleading guilty to voyeurism.
Guy Hemington met the woman on a dating site, and during a weekend at a seaside hotel, he moved her bedclothes and clothing and touched her buttocks to take pictures on his mobile phone for his own sexual gratification in November 2014.
The woman only discovered this after police investigation showed her the pictures, which she did not previously know about.
She stated in a victim impact statement that she had trusted Hemington and felt degraded by his actions.
Hemington, of Homestead, Putson, Hereford, admitted to sexual assault and voyeurism.
Judge Nicolas Cartwright sentenced him to two years for sexual assault and five months two weeks for voyeurism, to run concurrently, totaling two years in custody.
The court noted that Hemington showed no remorse and did not accept wrongdoing, which influenced the decision for an immediate custodial sentence.
