BANBURY PENSIONER GUILTY OF SEXUAL ASSAULT, SENTENCING SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER
A sentencing date has been set for an Oxfordshire pensioner who was found guilty of sexual assault.
Graham Radbone, of Whimbrel Way, Banbury, was on trial at Oxford Crown Court charged with three counts of sexual assault.
Radbone, 67, pleaded not guilty to the charges which related to an incident on November 27 2020, in Banbury.
A jury previously found him guilty of one count, but was unable to reach verdicts on the other two counts.
On September 22, it was confirmed that the Crown was offering no evidence on the remaining two counts.
The prosecution case was that Radbone kissed her with his tongue, squeezed her breast, and put his hand down her trousers.
He will be sentenced for the one count the jury found him guilty of, on November 14 this year.
