SCUNTHORPE SEX OFFENDER FLORIN FECHETE WITH A VIOLENT PAST IN ROMANIA
In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, Florin Fechete, aged 33, was convicted of a heinous sexual assault on a young schoolgirl.The incident occurred early in the morning around 7am, when the girl, who was just 12 years old and dressed in her school uniform, was walking her dog near her home.
Without warning, Fechete approached her from behind, a predatory move that would leave lasting scars.
According to court proceedings, Fechete then proceeded to pull down his trousers and lift her skirt, exposing his groin and pressing it against her back.
The young girl, overwhelmed by fear and shock, screamed loudly and managed to break free, running away from her attacker with her dog in tow.
Witnesses on the street quickly responded, offering assistance to the distressed girl, who was visibly shaken by the assault.
During the hearing at Grimsby Crown Court, Fechete admitted to the sexual assault, which has left the victim deeply traumatized.
