FAHAD AL ENAZE (ALSO KNOWN AS FAHD SAIF) – RUNCORN MAN SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES
A Runcorn man, Fahad Al Enaze, also known as Fahd Saif, has been sentenced after pleading guilty to sexual offences dating back to August 2024.At a hearing on 26 September 2025, Enaze was handed a nine-month custodial sentence, suspended for two years.
As part of his sentence, he must comply with a 24-month supervision requirement under the Probation Service, complete 300 hours of unpaid work, and attend a 25-day Rehabilitation Activity Requirement (RAR).
The court also ordered Enaze to sign the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years and imposed a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), restricting his behaviour and contact with minors.
Two mobile phones were seized as part of the investigation and will remain confiscated.
The judge warned that failure to comply with any of the imposed conditions could result in Enaze being brought back before the court to serve his prison term.
The conviction marks the conclusion of a year-long police investigation led by Cheshire Constabulary.
