DWAYNE SUNDERLAND SENTENCED TO 17 YEARS IN PRISON FOR CHILD RAPE IN CUDDINGTON AND WINSFORD
In a significant case that has shocked the local communities of Cuddington and Winsford, Dwayne Michael Sunderland, aged 33, has been handed down a severe prison sentence after being convicted of multiple heinous sexual offences involving children.Sunderland, whose address is listed as Clarence Drive, Cuddington, and who originally hails from Winsford, was found guilty of a total of 13 criminal charges following a comprehensive seven-day trial at Chester Crown Court.
These charges stem from disturbing incidents that occurred over a span of four years, from July 2005 to August 2009.

The allegations included five counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child, six counts of raping a child, one count of sexual assault, and an additional charge of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
On Wednesday, April 12, the court sentenced Sunderland to a total of 17 years in prison, complemented by an additional year on extended licence, reflecting the gravity of his crimes.
