BOLTON MAN AVOIDS JAIL AFTER VIOLENT ATTACK ON PARTNER
A man named Dawid Puchniarz, aged 27 and residing at Hill View Court, Bolton, has been involved in domestic violence incidents involving his partner.
He twice attacked her at their home, including an incident where he headbutted her after she tried to take a key from his hand.
The court heard how he previously assaulted her in April of the previous year, leaving her with extensive bruising.
Puchniarz pleaded guilty to assault and causing actual bodily harm, and although he was initially sentenced to 24 weeks in prison, this sentence was suspended for 18 months.
Additionally, he was ordered to undertake 130 hours of unpaid work, participate in 25 days of rehabilitation activities, and pay £428 in costs and charges.
