DARTFORD PERVERTED FATHER AND SON DAVID AND MICHAEL FINCH ADMIT TO DOWNLOADING EXTREME PORNOGRAPHY
On March 15th, 2012, shocking revelations emerged from Dartford involving a father and son duo who have confessed to downloading an alarming quantity of extreme and illegal pornography.David Finch, aged 55, and his son Michael Finch, aged 25, both residents of Chastilian Road in Dartford, appeared before Dartford Magistrates’ Court to admit their involvement in acquiring over 20,000 illicit files.
During the court proceedings, it was disclosed that the pair had engaged in the illegal activity over a span of two to three years, with their computer devices containing a staggering collection of indecent images and videos.
The police raid, conducted in August of the previous year, uncovered a disturbing cache of material that included indecent images of children and videos depicting women engaging in sexual acts with animals.
According to the court, David Finch, a self-employed mechanic, pleaded guilty to 16 charges, which included six counts of making indecent photographs of children.
The authorities revealed that his computer contained 19,481 indecent images and 302 movies at the time of seizure.
Many of these images, over a thousand, were rated at the highest levels of severity, levels four and five, indicating extreme content.
Prosecutor Darren Crispin stated that David Finch admitted to masturbating while viewing the indecent images of children, highlighting the disturbing nature of his actions.
Meanwhile, Michael Finch, who is currently unemployed and resides with his parents, was also found with a significant collection of indecent images and videos.
His collection included videos of women having sex with dogs and horses, with 223 files classified at the top two levels of severity.
Defense lawyer Wayne Crowhurst explained that Michael Finch claimed he came across the illicit material by accident and out of curiosity.
Despite this, he went on to download 302 movies and 126 indecent images, demonstrating a pattern of ongoing activity.
Both father and son acknowledged that their downloads had taken place over a period of two to three years.
The court was informed that their case would be transferred to the Crown Court, where more severe sentencing options are available.
The pair stood together in the dock, facing the serious charges that have shocked the Dartford community and raised concerns about the extent of their illegal activities.
