MAN CHARGED WITH 33 SEXUAL OFFENCES AGAINST WOMEN AND CHILDREN
A man has faced allegations of 33 serious sexual crimes involving women and children.
Adebayo Adeyemi, a resident of Dartford, is scheduled to stand trial next week following claims of misconduct.
The accused is alleged to have committed these offences in the southern London area over a period spanning 2003 to 2019.
His initial arrest occurred on 20 October 2020, and he was formally charged with 33 counts on 9 January.
The charges comprise six counts of rape, one count of attempted rape, one of assault by penetration, 21 sexual assault charges, and four counts of indecent assault.
These allegations involve five female victims, who are currently receiving support from specialist police officers.
Adeyemi is set to appear before Bromley Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, February 10.
