NORTH EAST PERVERT SENT INTIMATE PHOTOS OF HIMSELF TO TWO 13-YEAR-OLD 'GIRLS' ONLINE
A pervert is facing jail after he sent photos of his genitals to who he believed were two 13-year-old girls online.Daniel Kilpatrick sent the explicit pictures from his home in Blyth and asked for snaps back of the youngers' "boobs", a court heard.
However, what Kilpatrick didn’t know was that the profiles were fake and had been set up by an internet vigilante group called The Child Online Safety Team.
The content of Kilpatrick's messages was passed to the police, and he was later arrested.
He has since moved from Blyth to Ross-on-Wye and is facing a possible jail sentence after pleading guilty to two counts of attempting to sexually communicate with a child.
The court heard the explicit messages were exchanged between September 9 and 17, 2023.
Kilpatrick, who has limited prior convictions and has since been involved in an affray resulting in a suspended sentence, was remanded on unconditional bail and must sign the Sex Offenders' Register.
He is due to be sentenced at Newcastle Crown Court.
