CRAIG KENNEDY FROM PERTHSHIRE SENTENCED TO 90 DAYS FOR VIOLENT THREATS AND HARASSMENT
Craig Kennedy, a resident of Perthshire, has been sentenced to a 90-day detention period following his recent court appearance.Kennedy, who is already serving time for an earlier assault conviction, faced additional charges related to threatening behavior and harassment.
The court proceedings revealed that on November 22, 2022, Kennedy was observed loitering around the Bee Bar located on South Methven Street in Perth.
Witnesses reported that he repeatedly approached two women in the vicinity, causing concern among those present.
His behavior escalated when he directed violent threats towards a man, further disturbing the peace in the area.
In addition to these incidents, Kennedy admitted to following a woman and then jumping out in front of her on King’s Place, a street situated between the train station and South Inch park, on January 5, 2023.
This act of aggressive behavior was part of the evidence presented during his court hearing, highlighting a pattern of intimidating conduct.
