FOSTER CARER AND HER PERVERT SON BEAT & RAPED CHILDREN DURING YEARS OF HORRIFIC ABUSE
Update 17/04/2026: Jennifer and Steven Robertson were found guilty of a total of nine charges on 20 March 2026 following a trial.Jennifer Robertson, now 79, abused four young children at her home in Murthly, Perthshire, between 1980 and 1995.
Jennifer Robertson was given a Community Payback Order with conduct requirements and ordered to perform 250 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.

AN EVIL foster carer and her pervert son subjected children to physical abuse and rape.
Jennifer Robertson, 79, carried out a string of assaults on young people at locations in Perthshire between December 1980 and December 1995.
She also subject them to painful physical assaults whilst her son Steven sexually assaulted and raped children.
She also called children derogatory names during the 1980s.
She physically assaulted children, with one little boy having his head struck against a wall.
During the same period, Steven preyed on one girl by repeatedly kissing her.
He forced the child to perform sex acts on herself and touch the private parts of other children, and raped another child throughout the late 1980s and 1990s.
The police became aware of the Robertsons’ activities in 2018, leading to a lengthy investigation.
The court heard that they denied any wrongdoing during proceedings.
Jennifer was convicted of abuse charges, and Steven on sexual assault and rape charges.
Steven was remanded in custody, to be sentenced next month, and will be placed on the Sex Offenders Register.
Jennifer was given bail but warned this does not guarantee her escape from custody.
The pair will be sentenced at the High Court in Edinburgh on April 17.
