Craig Forbes, a 37-year-old resident of Dundee, was involved in a disturbing incident that has shocked the local community. The incident unfolded within the premises of Tesco on South Road in Dundee, where Forbes was caught using a small, concealed digital camera hidden inside his rucksack to secretly film women as they went about their shopping. The covert filming was discovered when security personnel at the nearby Overgate Centre observed suspicious behavior from Forbes and decided to intervene.

When challenged, Forbes was asked to surrender his camera, but he responded with frantic attempts to delete the photographs and videos stored on the device. Despite his efforts to erase the evidence, security personnel managed to seize the camera and handed it over to police authorities. Sheriff George Way sentenced him to perform 200 hours of community service and ordered him to be registered as a sex offender for a period of five years.
