CORY WILKES FROM EBBW VALE ADMITS TO SEXUAL ASSAULT AND CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CASE
In April 2021, a serious case involving a teenage individual from Ebbw Vale captured the attention of the local community and legal authorities.Cory Wilkes, aged 19 and residing at Llys Onnen in Ebbw Vale, faced charges related to a disturbing sexual assault on a young girl, as well as the production and distribution of child abuse images.
Wilkes appeared before Cardiff Crown Court where he admitted to the allegations against him.
The charges included a sexual assault on a minor, which is a grave offense, and the creation of indecent images categorized under A, B, and C levels of severity, depicting children in explicit and illegal contexts.

Following his admission, Judge Michael Fitton QC decided to adjourn the proceedings to allow for a comprehensive assessment of Wilkes' case by the Probation Service.
