COLIN RIDDALL FROM QUEDGELEY SENTENCED TO INDEFINITE IMPRISONMENT FOR KIDNAPPING AND SEXUAL ASSAULT NEAR GLOUCESTER
In a case that has sent shockwaves through the Gloucestershire community, Colin Riddall, a 44-year-old man from Quedgeley, Gloucester, has been handed an indefinite prison sentence after admitting to the kidnapping and sexual assault of a teenage girl.The incident took place on 16 October when Riddall abducted the young victim from School Lane, a well-known street in Quedgeley.
The proceedings occurred at Gloucester Crown Court, where Judge Jamie Tabor delivered a stern verdict, sentencing Riddall to an indeterminate term.
The judge specified that Riddall must serve a minimum of four years and nine months before being considered for potential release.
