Christian Dray, a 36-year-old charity worker from Bridlington known for his efforts in helping locate missing children, has been sentenced to prison for engaging in the grooming of two schoolboys for sexual activity. The conviction follows a series of disturbing online interactions where Dray deceived the young boys by impersonating a celebrity from the popular TV show, "I’m A Celebrity." According to court reports, Dray used online chat platforms to establish a false persona, luring the boys into believing they were communicating with a well-known celebrity.
His manipulative tactics culminated in him arranging to meet one of the boys, a 15-year-old student, and subsequently picking him up from school in a limousine.
The young boy was then taken to Dray’s home, where he was subjected to sexual abuse.
The details of the abuse are deeply troubling and have caused significant distress to the victim and his family.
In addition to his grooming activities, police investigations uncovered a large collection of indecent images at Dray’s residence in Bridlington.

The discovery of these images further implicated Dray in serious criminal behavior.
Following the investigation, Christian Dray was brought before the court and faced multiple charges.
He was ultimately sentenced to six and a half years in prison.
The sentence took into account some of his previous convictions, which contributed to the severity of the punishment.
