In a disturbing incident that unfolded in broad daylight in Northwich, a 54-year-old woman named Beverley Dean was caught engaging in highly inappropriate behavior outside a local supermarket, specifically near the Waitrose store.The incident took place on February 25, around 3:30 pm, and was witnessed by two office workers from CRS Consultants, who were working across the river from the scene.
According to court reports, Dean was seated on a bench overlooking the River Dane when she was observed performing an explicit act.
The witnesses saw her placing her fingers in her mouth before proceeding to touch her genitals under her skirt, an act that appeared to be masturbation.
During this time, she was also seen holding a mobile phone in her right hand, which she seemed to be using either to film herself or take explicit photographs.
Witnesses described her stopping momentarily to smoke a cigarette before resuming her actions, which included sucking on her fingers and placing them between her legs.
Following her conduct, Dean stood up from the bench, exposing her breasts through her unbuttoned blouse, with her coat hanging off her shoulders.
