NORTHWICH MAN SENT SEXUAL PICTURE TO SCHOOLGIRL AND HER MUM

A 'CYBER-FLASHER' sent a picture of his penis to a 16-year-old girl on social media after saying her school uniform was 'sexy'.

Daniel Garner, of Northwich, also sent the picture to the teenager's mum when she got in touch with him to tell him to stop.

These were some of several messages from the 22-year-old, who also asked the girl to meet him at a local supermarket and asked the mother for a threesome with her and her daughter in June of last year.

Garner, of Chester Way, was aware of the age of his first victim but still sent her the sexual messages, switching from Facebook to Instagram after being blocked on the first platform, according to Cheshire Police.

Appearing at Chester Magistrates Court last month, Garner pleaded guilty to two counts of sending a photograph to cause alarm, distress or humiliation.

At the same court last week he was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for one year, by District Judge Jack McGarva.

The suspended sentence comes with a requirement to do six months of drug rehabilitation and it is in addition to a five-year restraining order.

As a result of the restraining order he cannot contact either victim, directly or indirectly, by any means whatsoever including social media.
