ASHLEIGH JADE KELLY FROM PONTYPOOL FACES CHARGES OVER ANIMAL CRUELTY CASE

A woman named Ashleigh Jade Kelly, aged 30 and residing in Pontypool, has been formally charged with multiple offences related to animal cruelty, following a detailed investigation conducted by the RSPCA.
