ANDREW PATTERSON ROCHESTER PERVERT SENTENCED TO 13 YEARS FOR SEXUAL ABUSE OF YOUNG GIRL IN KENT

The judge stated, "I have no doubt you pose a significant risk of causing serious harm to children by the commission of further offences and it is therefore necessary to impose an extended sentence of imprisonment." Andrew Patterson, aged 37, had previously admitted to three counts of rape and two counts of sexual assault.
His criminal record also includes admitting to making and distributing indecent images of children, with these offenses occurring between March 5 and March 27.
The police classified the images as depicting abuse of varying degrees of severity, highlighting the disturbing nature of his crimes.
In light of the severity of his actions, the court sentenced Patterson to a total of 18 years in prison.
This sentence comprises 13 years of incarceration, with an additional five years on extended licence, meaning he must serve at least two-thirds of his prison term before being eligible for parole.
Once released, he will face a further five-year extension to his licence period, ensuring ongoing supervision.
Furthermore, Patterson was subjected to a range of stringent measures designed to prevent further harm.
He was placed under an indefinite sexual harm prevention order and mandated to register as a sex offender indefinitely.
