In a highly controversial decision, Andrew Jackson, a 48-year-old man from Bridlington, was spared imprisonment despite his disturbing history of predatory conduct involving underage girls and a disabled woman.The case, heard at Hull Crown Court, revealed a pattern of troubling behavior that included stalking, sexual harassment, and assault, raising serious concerns about public safety in the East Yorkshire town.
Jackson had previously engaged in stalking schoolgirls aged 13 and 14 around Bridlington, often in playgrounds and wooded areas, where he would approach them inappropriately.
