The sickening campaign took place at different locations across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire, between 2019 and 2025.
The predator, from Beeston, also sexually assaulted three underage girls and a woman in different locations across Nottingham between 2023 and 2024.
The offences were documented by Hallam through filming himself doing it.
Nearly 300 indecent images of children were found on his phone after police seized the device in January.
He traveled to Derbyshire to plant cameras at an address a teenage girl was staying at.
Other videos depicted victims and unknown children getting undressed or in voyeuristic situations.
Hallam was charged with 20 offences, including sexual assault, voyeurism, sexual activity with a girl under 15, indecent exposure, and taking indecent images of children.
He pleaded guilty to all on April 28 and was sentenced on October 10 to nine years and one month in prison, with an extended licence of four years and 11 months.
He was also subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and a restraining order banning contact with his victims.
