BRIDGE OF WEIR MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO POSSESSING INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN
A Bridge of Weir man has pleaded guilty to having indecent images of children.Alexander Fergusson, of St Mungo Court, appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court on August 22 where he admitted two charges.
The 64-year-old pleaded guilty that between June 5, 2021 and July 9, 2024, at his home and elsewhere he took or permitted to be taken or make indecent photos or pseudo photos of children.
He also admitted possession of indecent images.
Fergusson was on bail at the time.
Sheriff Bruce Erroch KC deferred sentence for reports on the first offender.
He will be on the sex offenders register in the interim.
