ALAIN KISUESU FROM BOLTON JAILED FOR TAKING INDECENT PICTURES OF 14-YEAR-OLD GIRL
In a case that has drawn significant attention at Bolton Crown Court, Alain Kisuesu, a 33-year-old man residing on Tildsley Street in Bolton, was sentenced to 12 months in prison after admitting to three counts of producing indecent images of a minor.
The incident involved photographs taken of a 14-year-old girl, which have now led to his conviction.
During the proceedings, it was clarified that Kisuesu was not charged with any sexual activity with the girl.
This is because the Crown Prosecution Service decided to drop the rape charge, citing that the girl had given her consent and that Kisuesu reasonably believed she was 18 years old at the time.
Despite the fact that two of the images depicted him engaging in sexual activity with the teenager, he was not accused of sexual assault or abuse.
